TH Plastics, Inc., a custom injection molder serving the appliance and automotive industries, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the following position in our Bowling Green, Ohio Molding Division., * Certificate or some education in the Information Technology field

 * 3-6 years of related field work
 * Advanced Computer Skills
 * Systems Experience
 * Google Workspace
 * Active Directory & Group Policy
 * Windows Service (roles, patching, performance)
 * Citrix (administration and troubleshooting)
 * Networking (VLANs, WAN, Wireless)
 * Manufacturing systems (IQMS/RealTime preferred)
 * VoIP systems
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * Regular on-site attendance / Travel as Requested

## Description

The IT System Administrator 2 position provides advanced support and administration of core IT systems across multiple facilities. Leads troubleshooting, system management, and IT projects., (The following list does not include all duties and responsibilities)

 * Provide Tier 2-3 support and act as an escalation point
 * Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
 * Manage Citrix environment (sessions, apps, performance)
 * Support and maintain IQMS/RealTime systems
 * Troubleshoot network and multi-site connectivity issues
 * Support and deploy VoIP systems
 * Lead IT projects, upgrades, and system improvements
 * Coordinate with vendors and manage escalations
 * Maintain system documentation
 * Proactively identify and resolve issues
 * All other related duties as assigned
