The role maintains direct responsibility for complex engineering activities while overseeing daily operational direction across enterprise networking and cybersecurity domains. The Manager of Network & Cybersecurity Engineering is accountable for the design, implementation, administration, and ongoing support of enterprise network and security platforms. This includes responsibility for infrastructure, perimeter and network security, endpoint and application security, data protection, threat prevention, monitoring, and incident response capabilities. This role serves as the organization's primary authority for network engineering and cybersecurity engineering practices. Responsibilities include establishing technical standards, guiding platform strategy, ensuring operational readiness, supporting incident response, evaluating technologies, contributing to budgeting and lifecycle planning, and maintaining alignment between infrastructure, security, and organizational priorities. Supervisory responsibilities are included; however, the position is expected to remain highly hands-on, particularly during the continued integration and maturation of network and cybersecurity functions.
