## Description

Looking for a Desktop Support Analyst with strong experience in vulnerability management, patching, and ServiceNow reporting.

What You'll Do:

 * Track, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities across Windows endpoints
 * Perform OS patches, software updates, and unauthorized software removal
 * Build dashboards and reports to monitor remediation progress
 * Manage tickets and reporting within ServiceNow
 * Provide remote desktop support and endpoint troubleshooting
 * Drive vulnerability resolution efforts for critical assets
