 * Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a strong plus

## Description

A leading law firm in Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to oversee the implementation, security, and day-to-day operation of the firm's technical environment. This role serves as the primary technical escalation point for high-impact issues and provides leadership and mentorship to IT staff. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of the unique technology needs of a law firm., * Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and security of the firm's IT infrastructure, systems, and applications

 * Serve as the escalation point for complex or high-impact technical issues, ensuring timely resolution
 * Lead, mentor, and develop IT support staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
 * Manage and administer the firm's Microsoft 365 environment, including security configurations, licensing, and user management
 * Direct endpoint management strategy, including deployment, patching, and lifecycle management of firm devices
 * Own cybersecurity operations for the firm, including monitoring, threat response, vulnerability management, and adherence to industry best practices
 * Partner with firm leadership to develop and execute the firm's technology roadmap and budget
 * Ensure IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery/business continuity plans are current and effective
 * Manage relationships with third-party vendors and managed service providers as needed
