* 10+ years of Mainframe application development experience.
 * 10+ years of COBOL programming experience in an MVS/zOS environment.
 * 10+ years of experience with IDMS (Network and Relational Database).
 * 10+ years of experience with CA-ADS.
 * 5+ years of experience with JCL.
 * Experience debugging, testing, and maintaining enterprise Mainframe applications.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with ChangeMan.
 * Experience using File-AID.
 * Experience with FootPrints.
 * Experience with SAS.
 * Previous experience supporting Medicaid MMIS applications.
 * Experience working within State Government or Healthcare IT environments.
