Financial Services IT Project Manager The job is a hybrid Technology Project Manager / Business Analyst role embedded with a front-office trading technology team. It starts with core PM responsibilities (tracking, coordination, documentation) and is explicitly designed to evolve into a trusted business partner who deeply understands the trading desk's priorities, risks, and operations. Key themes from the JD: Heavy stakeholder management across traders, developers, engineers, operations, compliance, and legal. Translating between business needs and technology requirements. Owning project tracking, risks, dependencies, and communication in Jira + Confluence. Fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.
