Should be capable of mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews. * React - Candidate must have 4+ years of experience building complex, production-level front-end applications with React, including advanced state management (Redux, Context API, or React Query), performance optimization (memoization, lazy loading, code splitting), and component architecture design.
