This role combines senior-level software engineering expertise with technical leadership responsibilities to guide development teams through the full software development lifecycle while ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions. The Technical Team Lead serves as the primary technical resource for the development team, providing architectural guidance, mentoring developers, facilitating Agile delivery, and collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and program leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This position requires a balance of technical depth, leadership, and collaboration while remaining actively involved in software development activities.
