## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or at least four years of experience working in an IT environment.
 * Microsoft administration certificate preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

 * Familiarity with Microsoft networks, SQL, Azure, backup solutions, and virus protection packages.
 * Good interpersonal and communication skills.
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
 * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
 * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve networking issues.
 * Ability to set up and troubleshoot IT equipment.

## Description

***REXA, Inc. is moving to Middleboro, MA in Summer 2026. This position will begin in West Bridgewater MA, and move to Middleboro, MA in July/August 2026.***

The incumbent will provide day-to-day IT technical support for computers, communication devices, software, user accounts and related business technology.

Responsibilities

 * Purchases, configures, maintains, tracks, and provides user support for technology assets, including but not limited to computers and peripherals, tablets, cell phones, desk phones, printers, software, licenses, and equipment assignments.
 * Installs and configures standard and approved special-request software.
 * Provides user support and troubleshooting for approved business software.
 * Maintains security training software and assists with user enrollment, tracking, and reporting.
 * Sets up and maintains user profiles, group mailing lists, and security groups in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra
 * Provides user support for conference room technology, printers and other approved hardware.
 * Provides IT helpdesk troubleshooting and support and manages tickets in a timely manner.
 * Serves as a liaison with IT Consultants
