In this vital role, you will provide expert mental health counseling, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans for adolescents facing mental health challenges. Your expertise will help guide young individuals through recovery, fostering resilience and growth in a supportive environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of teens and their families while working within a dynamic, team-oriented setting committed to excellence in behavioral health care. This is a family systems-oriented program and involves extensive family work. The program is during afternoon and evening hours which allows teenagers to remain in school and parents to attend in the evenings. This position is open to licensed therapists, including Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Professional Counselors - Associates (LPC-A), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - Associate (LMFT-A), Licensed Psychological Associates (LPA), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Licensed Master Social Work (LMSW).
