You understand how billing, claims, denials, and collections really work, and you use that knowledge to architect intelligent solutions that make these processes faster, more accurate, and easier to scale. This role is built for people who have designed automations that leverage both agentic and deterministic technology. You need to know how to match the right technology to the problem. You will serve as the design authority for the solutions you lead, translating complex operational workflows into technical blueprints and ensuring seamless delivery from idea through go-live and beyond. You do not need to be a programmer, but you should understand core coding and automation concepts and apply them in your designs to keep us moving efficiently from design to development. Tarpon will support your growth with training in different tools, so a genuine curiosity about technology and the capacity to deepen your technical knowledge over time are essential., * Identify and quantify where automation can remove manual work, reduce errors, and deliver measurable impact across billing, claims, denials, and collections; evaluate opportunities from financial, operational, and technical angles. * Translate complex revenue cycle processes into clear requirements, workflow logic, and decision points that serve as the foundation for designing and building scalable, modular solutions. * Serve as the design authority for solutions you lead, owning documentation including process maps, technical specifications, and workflow logic that guide development and maintenance. * Build and refine AI and agentic solutions using tools like Claude Code, growing from guided work to independent delivery as your skills develop. * Write and test prompts, simple scripts, and automations that handle real revenue cycle tasks. * Partner with internal teams to take solutions from idea to production, contributing your revenue cycle domain knowledge at every stage and ensuring timely delivery of automation milestones. * Test and review AI outputs against revenue cycle rules and approved designs to make sure results are accurate and safe. * Support go-live and ongoing production, monitoring automation effectiveness and acting as a long-term steward for solution improvements. * Support clients by explaining how solutions work and helping their teams adopt them. * Share what you learn and help build a library of revenue cycle knowledge the whole team can use. ## Related Videos - [How to achieve web automation with UiPath](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/310-how-to-achieve-web-automation-with-uipath) - [Developing the Backend with Stefan Lingler, CTO at Shpock](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100360-developing-the-backend-with-stefan-lingler-cto-at-shpock) - [RPA in the Public Sector](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/86-rpa-in-the-public-sector) - [Intelligent Automation using Machine Learning](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/157-intelligent-automation-using-machine-learning) - [The Deichmann RPA journey: Step by step with low-code automation to success](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1566-the-deichmann-rpa-journey-step-by-step-with-low-code-automation-to-success) - [RPA crash course for .Net developers – intro into the world of RPA from the perspective of a .Net developer](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/271-rpa-crash-course-for-net-developers-intro-into-the-world-of-rpa-from-the-perspective-of-a-net-developer) ## Related Articles - [Coffee with Developers - Maria Apazoglou - Making AI understandable for all in production](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/475-coffee-with-developers-maria-apazoglou-making-ai-understandable-for-all-in-production) - [Transforming Software Development: The Role of AI and Developer Tools](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/527-transforming-software-development-the-role-of-ai-and-developer-tools) - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [Highest Paying Tech Companies for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/220-highest-paying-tech-companies-for-developers) - [13 AI Tools You Have to Try](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/219-13-ai-tools-you-have-to-try) - [What is Agentic Programming and Why Should Developers Care?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/625-what-is-agentic-programming-and-why-should-developers-care)
