We're seeking a dynamic Automatic Dispensing System (ADS) Technician to join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long-term care facilities. The ADS Technician is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy's automated dispensing systems. This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong attention to detail that can manage timelines of various projects to meet required deadlines. The individual must have strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with the pharmacy and customers in person, via phone and email. The position requires a dynamic person that can multi-task and continually hold themselves accountable for delivering timely results with a high degree of accuracy. Technician maintains machine inventory, provides user support, performs maintenance activities and troubleshooting, and monitors proper functionality and use of the system.
