## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
 * 3-5 years of HRIS administration or HR technology experience.
 * Hands-on experience with UKG Pro, UKG Ready, UKG Dimensions, or other UKG platforms.

## Description

* Administer, maintain, and optimize the organization's UKG HRIS platform, including system configuration, workflows, and security.
 * Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related issues, troubleshooting, and user support.
 * Configure and maintain employee data, organizational structures, security roles, workflows, and business processes.
 * Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to identify system enhancements and process improvements.
 * Create, maintain, and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and metrics using UKG reporting tools.
 * Ensure data accuracy through regular audits, validation, and system testing.
 * Support system upgrades, releases, patches, and new feature implementations.
 * Coordinate testing for system enhancements and integrations.
 * Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
 * Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations by ensuring accurate HR data and reporting.
 * Assist with HRIS projects, implementations, data migrations, and process automation initiatives.
 * Train HR staff and end users on system functionality and best practices.
 * Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information.
