In the tester role, the candidate will install & configure GCCS-J, write & execute test plans, and thoroughly document defects. In the Fielding Engineer role, the candidate will deliver demos and training, serve as the primary point of contact for GCCS-J customer issues, and handle installation, configuration, loading, and troubleshooting of complex multi-application systems. They will track and escalate problems, coordinate with dispersed development teams, lead technical investigations, and advise the government on integrating GCCS-J functionality into new baselines. A large part of this work will be done at customer sites around the world. Program Summary GCCS-J is the DoD's Joint Command and Control system of record, delivering a fused, real-time battlespace picture to commanders and warfighters.
