As a Data Analyst, you will process, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision making. Also, you will interpret complex data and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Schedule/Location: * This position offers a hybrid work schedule where 2-3 days of your work will be onsite at our Lake Forest corporate office and the rest will be spent working remotely. * Local Northern IL / Southeast WI candidates only! Main duties and responsibilities: * Interpret and present data findings to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, product performance, and strategic goals to provide valuable insights, and analytical support. Stay informed about industry shifts and analyze their impact on existing organizational strategies. * Design, develop custom dashboards, and reports to track key metrics.
