How this role supports our work In this role, you will support stakeholders across the organisation with a strong focus on our Programs and State and Territory Operations to enable them in making data-driven decisions by providing analysis, reporting, and dashboards to address a variety of business needs. The role is responsible for supporting our efforts via the development and delivery of contract reporting, data analysis, improving reporting capability, data quality, data engineering, data mining and process automation. The role is also responsible for identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, developing analytical and reporting process automation to drive efficiencies, creating documentation for transfer of knowledge, and peer review to ensure only accurate, high-quality deliverables leave the Analytics and Reporting team.
