## Description

* Leitung und Steuerung anspruchsvoller Software- und Digitalisierungsprojekte bei namhaften Kund aus dem Banken-, Versicherungs- und öffentlichen Umfeld
 * Verantwortung für Projektplanung, Ressourcen, Budget, Termine, Qualität und Projekterfolg
 * Steuerung interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie Koordination interner und externer Stakeholder
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Business Analyst, Consulting und Softwareentwicklung
 * Planung und Moderation von Workshops, Sprint Plannings, Reviews, Retrospektiven und Projektabstimmungen
 * Analyse, Steuerung und Eskalation von Projektrisiken, Abhängigkeiten und Änderungen
 * Beratung der Kund bei der Umsetzung digitaler Geschäftsprozesse und moderner Softwarelösungen
 * Sicherstellung einer transparenten Projektkommunikation sowie regelmäßiges Reporting gegenüber Kund und Management
 * Begleitung von Softwareeinführungen bis zum erfolgreichen Go-live und darüber hinaus
