## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung.
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Support.

## Description

* Betreuung der AnwenderInnen im Rahmen des First- und Second-Level-Supports.
 * Analyse, Priorisierung und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen.
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern bei komplexeren Störungen.
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Arbeitsplätzen sowie mobilen Endgeräten.
 * Administration und Betreuung unserer zentralen Geschäftsanwendungen.
 * Verantwortung für das System MOTIONDATA.
 * Erstellung und laufende Aktualisierung von technischen Dokumentationen.
 * Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten und kontinuierliche Optimierung der bestehenden IT-Landschaft
