Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Universität, Fachhochschule oder vergleichbares) in Fahrzeugtechnik, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder einem verwandten Bereich
Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Lenksystemen oder vergleichbaren Fahrdynamiksystemen
Erfahrung in bzw. Lust auf fachliche Führung und Steuerung der Entwicklung
Kenntnisse in Steer-by-Wire, RWS oder aktiven Lenksystemen von Vorteil
Sehr gutes Verständnis von Fahrdynamik und Regelungssystemen und funktionaler Sicherheit (ISO 26262)
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Modellierungstools und Systems Engineering Methoden
Ausgeprägte analytische und strukturierte Denkweise zur Bearbeitung komplexer Systemzusammenhänge sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit im internationalen Umfeld
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Englisch, Kenntnisse in Deutsch von Vorteil

Entwicklung von Lenkfunktionen und Systemarchitekturen für Steer-by-Wire und Hinterachslenkung
Definition von Funktions- und Sicherheitskonzepten
Erstellung und Pflege von Systemmodellen und Anforderungen
Integration von Sensorik, Aktuatorik und Steuergeräten ins Fahrzeug
Verantwortung für Systemauslegung, Performance und Sicherheitskonzepte
Planung und Durchführung von Simulationen, Tests und Absicherung (SiL/HiL/Fahrzeug)
Steuerung und Koordination von Entwicklungsumfängen
