## Description

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft Server- und Netzwerk-Infrastruktur
 * Administration von Active Directory / Entra ID, Exchange sowie weiteren Cloud-Diensten (Microsoft 365, Geräte- und Mobile-Device-Management via Intune, SSO)
 * Mitarbeit am IT-Servicedesk (Incidents, Changes) und eigenständige Bearbeitung von Tickets
 * Mitverantwortung für IT- und Systemsicherheit (Firewall, Anti-Malware, Zugriffskonzepte)
 * IT-Applikationsmanagement (Standardprodukte und Eigenentwicklungen) in der bestehenden IT-Landschaft
 * Installation und Konfiguration unterschiedlicher Client-Hardware (u. a. Laptop, Tablets, Drucker, Telefonie...)
 * Ansprechpartner für externe Dienstleister und Softwarehersteller
 * Durchführung oder Mitwirkung bei internen IT-Projekten, inkl. Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management im Rahmen operativer IT-Prozesse
 * Dokumentation der Arbeitsabläufe und Systemkonfigurationen
 * Mitarbeit bei IT Projekten mit unterschiedlichen Komplexitäten
