## Description

* Entwicklung neuer Features und Weiterentwicklung unserer Simulationsprodukte für Warehouse Execution Software
 * Verantwortung für Softwaredesign, Architekturentscheidungen und Codequalität
 * Review komplexer technischer Konzepte und Unterstützung des Teams bei technischen Herausforderungen
 * Sicherstellung von Best Practices, Clean Code und CI/CD
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Owner, QA und weiteren Entwicklungsteams

Führung & Teamverantwortung

 * Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines international verteilten 10-köpfigen Softwareentwicklungsteams
 * Coaching und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder
 * Durchführung von 1:1-Gesprächen und Zielvereinbarungen
 * Förderung einer offenen und kollaborativen Teamkultur
 * Unterstützung beim Recruiting und Onboarding neuer Teammitglieder
