* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) and Microsoft 365 ecosystem;
 * Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft SharePoint architecture, development, and administration;
 * Experience with Learning Management System integration (preferably Rhapsode or Moodle).

Desirable:

 * Postgraduate specialization in system design, human-machine integration, integrated product development, or digital transformation;
 * Certification in ITIL 4, Agile Project Management, or demonstrated program delivery expertise in phased enterprise implementation;
 * Previous experience with NATO accreditation processes (SAA, CISOA, or NIST-based frameworks).
