* 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
 * Experience within banking, insurance, payments, or financial services.
 * Proven experience working in Agile environments.

Functional & Technical Skills

 * Strong functional analysis and requirements gathering skills.
 * Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications.
 * Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, APIs, and system integrations.

Digital Assets Knowledge

Knowledge of or experience with one or more of the following is considered a strong asset:

 * Blockchain
 * Tokenization
 * Digital Assets
 * Smart Contracts
 * Stablecoins
 * Digital Wallets
 * Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT)
 * Cryptocurrency or Programmable Money

Soft Skills

 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
 * Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented.
 * Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.

Languages

 * Professional proficiency in English.
 * Dutch and/or French is considered a plus., Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.

## Description

* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
 * Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
 * Design functional solutions and assess their feasibility and business impact.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and Product Owners throughout the delivery lifecycle.
 * Support system enhancements, testing, production releases, and post-go-live improvements.
 * Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams in an Agile environment.
 * Ensure solutions comply with security, architecture, and regulatory standards.
