Microsoft Outlook, We're looking for a detail-oriented Provider Credentialing Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting provider onboarding, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and helping ensure timely reimbursement through efficient credentialing and enrollment processes.

 * 2+ years of experience in healthcare credentialing or provider enrollment
 * Experience with credentialing systems such as CAQH, PECOS, or Availity
 * Working knowledge of EDI, EFT, and ERA processes
 * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
 * Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

## Description

* Verify provider credentials, including licenses, certifications, education, training, and work history
 * Confirm board certifications and review malpractice history
 * Review pending credentialing files to determine readiness for credentialing board submission
 * Support provider onboarding and enrollment processes
 * Maintain accurate records in credentialing systems
 * Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulatory standards
 * Help facilitate EDI, EFT, and ERA setup for provider reimbursement workflows
