You advise at the highest level, working closely with executives, directors, and Chief Data Officers (CDOs) on strategy, organizational design, and the initiatives that create lasting impact. Your contribution goes beyond advisory work. You know the organizations, stakeholders, and challenges that matter, and you know how to engage decision-makers. You generate new opportunities, open doors for colleagues, and help grow the practice through your network, credibility, and reputation. The scope of the role is broad, ranging from data maturity and data governance to data ecosystems and responsible data sharing. You understand the strategic role of data within organizations and collaborations, and what is required to create a valuable data landscape, enable effective data sharing, and establish the organizational capabilities needed to manage and maintain data responsibly. You work closely with experts in data governance, change management, architecture, security, and privacy, combining these areas of expertise into sustainable solutions that deliver long-term value.
