## About the Role

* 8+ years of relevant experience in Financial Services, Compliance, Risk Management, Financial Crime, Digital Assets or Emerging Technologies
 * Strong expertise in Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain Technology, Tokenization and Digital Assets
 * Experience in developing and maintaining FEC policies, risk frameworks, controls and governance models
 * Strong understanding of crypto-related financial crime risks including AML, Sanctions, Fraud, Market Manipulation and Market Abuse
 * Knowledge of Crypto Asset Service Providers (CASPs), Crypto Exchanges, Custodians, Stablecoins and DeFi
 * Understanding of regulatory frameworks including MiCA, AMLD, FATF Guidance and Travel Rule requirements
 * Experience working within large financial institutions or complex corporate environments
 * Strong advisory, stakeholder management and communication skills
 * Master's degree or equivalent working experience
