* Strong hands-on experience with Java 8 or higher, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST/SOAP Web Services.
 * Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, and Eclipse/IntelliJ IDE.
 * Experience in end-to-end application development, deployment, production support, and post go-live maintenance.
 * Good understanding of Agile methodologies with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication skills with customer-facing experience.
 * Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
 * Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including code repositories, deployments, and code reviews.
 * Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation.
 * Banking domain experience is mandatory.
 * Strong understanding of Git version control and collaborative development practices.
 * Ability to work effectively in large enterprise environments as well as independently.
 * Excellent project, stakeholder, and time management skills.
 * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, summarize, and present key insights.
 * A challenging, innovating environment.
