## Description

* Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur, Netzwerk und Systembetrieb
 * Verantwortung für den stabilen Betrieb von Windows- und Linux-Servern sowie hybriden Cloud-Umgebungen
 * Administration und Optimierung von Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure und Google Workspace
 * Steuerung des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports für den Modern Workplace
 * Sicherstellung einer leistungsfähigen Netzwerklandschaft inklusive Firewalls, Monitoring-, Backup- und Recovery-Lösungen
 * Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung virtualisierter Umgebungen auf Basis von VMware und Hyper-V
 * Automatisierung von Infrastruktur- und Betriebsprozessen mittels PowerShell, Bash und Infrastructure as Code
 * Koordination externer Dienstleister sowie Verantwortung für ITSM-Prozesse, Lizenzmanagement, Budgets und Compliance-Anforderungen
