## About the Role

* A successfully completed Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Microsystems Engineering, Semiconductor Technology or a similar field
 * Excellent knowledge of electrical measurement technology
 * Good to very good programming skills in C, C++ or Python
 * At least 5 years' experience in semiconductor testing (test development, wafer testing, final testing)
 * High level of motivation and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new challenges
 * The ability to work independently and in a structured manner, whilst keeping an eye on the bigger picture, and excellent problem-solving skills
 * Very good communication skills in German and English

## Description

* Supporting the installation and maintenance of industry-standard test equipment (ATE, wafer probers, additional measurement technology)
 * Developing test programmes for validation, characterisation and pre-production testing in close collaboration with the design teams (in-house, at research partners, and at industrial customers)
 * Development/procurement of the associated test hardware (loadboards, probe cards, etc.)
 * Close collaboration with internal design teams, research partners and industrial clients
 * Collaboration with test equipment manufacturers and test service providers#Supporting our business activities with our industrial clients through your technical expertise
 * Representing our institute and our department at scientific conferences and project meetings, presenting results at events and seeking professional exchange
 * Participating in technical discussions with other experts and developing new ideas
 * Publishing results in high-impact scientific publications and reports
