## Description

Au sein du Grand Orient de France, association de Franc-Maçonnerie, philanthropique et humaniste, composée d'un musée, d'une fondation et d'une société immobilière, vous intégrez le service informatique, constitué du responsable informatique, d'un support informatique (vous)

Dans le cadre d'un remplacement temporaire, nous recrutons un(e) Technicien Support Informatique en CDD pour 6 mois.

Sous l'autorité du Responsable Informatique, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes

Le descriptif du poste est le suivant (liste non exhaustive) :

Support Informatique

· Interlocuteur privilégié sur la Prise en charge des taches courantes informatiques

· Gestion du parc informatique (inventaire, installation et maintenance, flotte de PCs Portables)

· Gestion des moyens de communication (téléphonie et systèmes de visio-conférence)

· Gestion des salles de réunion, installation des visio-conférence et soutien aux évènements divers

· Soutien aux interventions extérieures (fibres, baies de brassage)

· Assure le lien avec les prestataires d'infogérance (ticketing, supervision AD, matériel, imprimante)

Système d'Information

· Apporte son soutien au Responsable Informatique dans la gestion des demandes courantes

· Binôme du Responsable informatique : administration du SI, reporting des anomalies, réalisations de scripts (PostgreSQL), support aux utilisateurs, édition de statistiques, backup en cas d'absence

· Gestion de projet SI sur demande du Responsable Informatique

· Collaboration à la mise en place d'un VPN en remplacement de la solution RDS
