Vous êtes issu d'une formation en informatique, maintenance ou réseaux, de niveau Bac professionnel à Bac+2, ou vous disposez d'une expérience équivalente.

Une première expérience en support informatique, y compris en alternance, est appréciée.

Vous êtes reconnu pour :

 * Votre rigueur dans le suivi des tickets ;
 * Votre autonomie sur le terrain ;
 * Votre capacité à diagnostiquer simplement un incident ;
 * Votre pédagogie auprès d'utilisateurs non techniques ;
 * Votre discrétion et votre respect de la confidentialité.

Le permis B est apprécié afin de permettre des déplacements ponctuels sur les établissements du Groupe.

## Description

Rattaché à la DSI, vous intervenez sur les incidents et demandes du quotidien, avec un objectif clair : garantir une prise en charge réactive, rigoureuse et adaptée aux utilisateurs., Vous assurez principalement le support informatique de niveau 1 et 2 :

 * Assistance aux utilisateurs sur postes Windows 10 / 11 ;
 * Support Microsoft 365 : Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint ;
 * Création, modification et gestion des comptes utilisateurs ;
 * Assistance sur les accès, mots de passe, MFA et applications métiers ;
 * Préparation, configuration et déploiement de postes informatiques ;
 * Gestion des imprimantes, scanners, écrans, stations d'accueil et périphériques ;
 * Diagnostic réseau de premier niveau : IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, prises réseau, brassage simple ;
 * Support de premier niveau sur la téléphonie : postes, combinés, renvois, transferts ;
 * Suivi des tickets, inventaire du parc et documentation dans GLPI ;
 * Escalade vers les administrateurs systèmes/réseaux ou les prestataires lorsque nécessaire.

Vous serez amené à travailler sur les technologies suivantes :

 * Windows 10 / Windows 11 ;
 * Microsoft 365 ;
 * Active Directory ;
 * Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook ;
GLPI ;

 * Réseaux IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, brassage réseau ;
 * Imprimantes, scanners et périphériques utilisateurs ;
 * Téléphonie d'entreprise ;
 * Outils de sécurité poste utilisateur : antivirus / EDR, MFA., Dans ce contexte, vous serez un acteur clé dans l'accompagnement des résidents, en leur apportant une assistance de vie quotidienne et en contribuant à leur bien-être général. Votre rôle sera essentiel pour garantir un environnement chaleureux et respectueux.
