## About the Role

Bonne maîtrise des outils suivants : Windows, Active Directory, Vmware, HTML, Exchange office 365, Script, Powershell

 - La connaissance de l'outil Glpi est un plus.

 - Maintenir et définir les process informatiques, rédiger des notes techniques et des supports de formation

## Description

En lien direct avec le Directeur des systémes d'informations et un autre alternant en 3ème année, vos missions seront les suivantes :

 - Installer et faire évoluer les systèmes d'exploitation, réseaux et logiciels.

 - Participer au choix des matériels, notamment le parc PC et portables ainsi que l'infrastructure systèmes et réseaux.

 - Assister dans l'exploitation et l'administration des serveurs Windows

 - Support aux utilisateurs : Identifier et résoudre les problèmes des utilisateurs liés aux matériels informatiques.

 - Proposer des actions d'optimisations au sein de la SI.
