You'll be trusted to own your area, solve problems, build strong stakeholder relationships and consistently deliver high-quality hires into one of the most critical parts of the business., Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply and will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility as a condition of hire. ## Description As a Data Center Recruiter at Nebius, you'll shape how we attract and hire the people who build the foundations of our business. You'll partner with senior leaders across Finance, Legal, People and Operations to design scalable, inclusive hiring strategies that fuel Nebius' growth across regions. You'll partner directly with hiring managers across Data Centre Operations, IT Infrastructure and Engineering, owning end-to-end recruitment for technicians, engineers and first-line management roles that keep our data centres operational. This is a delivery-focused role with a high degree of ownership. You'll manage recruitment campaigns across multiple countries, build talent pipelines for future site launches and work closely with stakeholders to ensure hiring keeps pace with our infrastructure growth.
