 * Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview and M365 security/compliance tooling
 * Understanding of data governance and regulatory frameworks
 * Ability to strike the right balance between security, usability and productivity
 * Experience in complex environments (e.g. higher education, research or enterprise), This role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must demonstrate the right to work in the UK.

## Description

* Lead the design and delivery of Microsoft Purview solutions across Microsoft 365
 * Implement data protection controls including Information Protection, DLP and retention policies
 * Partner with IT, Information Governance and research teams to enable secure, compliant data use
 * Own and evolve our Purview roadmap, ensuring continuous improvement and adoption
 * Support risk monitoring, investigations and regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR, FOI, SAR)
