 * ITIL Foundation certification (desirable).

## Description

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Technician to provide essential 1st and 2nd line technical support for a range of IT systems and applications. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive IT team and play a key role in delivering top-notch service to healthcare professionals across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Wiltshire., * Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues remotely or on-site.
 * Manage and log service requests and incidents using call management software.
 * Support NHS-specific applications, including Adastra, System One, and Cerner Millennium.
 * Work with 3rd line support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
