You'll guide a high-performing DevOps team, shape technical direction, and work alongside customers and delivery partners to ensure critical services remain secure, resilient and continually improving. If you're someone who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, mentoring engineers and driving operational excellence, then this could be for you The Role You'll lead a multidisciplinary DevOps team responsible for delivering and supporting secure services within a high-assurance environment. Working closely with technical specialists, delivery managers and customer stakeholders, you'll provide technical leadership across live services and project delivery, helping to prioritise work, manage risk and ensure solutions are delivered to the highest standards. This role offers the opportunity to influence technical strategy while remaining close to the technology, making key architectural decisions and supporting the successful delivery of business-critical systems.
