The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership experience, and a passion for building high-quality software solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences to our customers and clients. The Technical Solutions Engineering Manager leads a team of solutions engineers responsible for designing, building, and delivering high-impact enterprise applications, software solutions and integrations. This role blends people management, technical leadership, and delivery execution. You will oversee end-to-end solution delivery across customer-facing and internal initiatives while remaining hands-on in client communication, complex integrations, and critical problem-solving. In addition, you will own project planning, reporting, and operational processes to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes. As a key cross-functional leader, you will serve as the bridge between Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and external partners where you will translate business needs into software solutions and integrations.
