They will possess solid knowledge of producing high quality documentation, including the integration of photographs, worksheets, graphs, and spreadsheets, and demonstrate advanced IT skills across the Microsoft suite. Personally, they will have a strong appreciation for efficient manufacturing practices, including standard work and procedures, and display stamina, energy, and enthusiasm in a consistent and controlled manner. You'll create and refine essential documentation that supports consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the site. We're looking for someone with strong Microsoft skills, experience producing high quality operational documents, and a background in a factory environment.
