This isn't a traditional architecture role. You'll work across Product and Engineering to explore new ideas, solve complex technical challenges and turn ambitious concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions. You'll be equally comfortable discussing strategy with senior stakeholders, building proof of concepts, writing code and helping engineering teams solve difficult technical problems. If you enjoy working in ambiguity, love experimenting with emerging technology and want to play a key role in an AI-first business, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll do * Shape technical solutions from early product discovery through to delivery * Build proof of concepts, prototypes and production experiments to validate ideas * Work alongside engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges in our Manchester office * Design scalable, secure and maintainable cloud architectures * Champion AI-first thinking across products and internal engineering practices * Advise stakeholders on technical options, trade-offs and business impact * Support estimation, planning and technical decision-making across multiple initiatives * Help define the architectural direction of our platform as we continue to scale, We believe in a transparent process designed to put you at ease so you can show us your best work.
