## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, To excel in this role, you should:

 * Possess strong hardware and software knowledge.
 * Be proficient in Windows operating systems (Windows 10, etc.), Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Exchange/Outlook.
 * Have experience diagnosing PC hardware problems.
 * Be able to perform basic network functions.
 * Conduct computer remedial and preventative maintenance.
 * Maintain accurate and complete records of customer calls and resolutions.
 * Stay current with technical knowledge of relevant products and support policies
 * Have 1 year of experience working in a help desk environment, resolving computer hardware and software-related issues.

## Description

As a Help Desk Technician, you will:

 * Provide top-notch technical support to end-users via phone, email, and self-service requests
 * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, communicating effectively with end-users to understand equipment problems and propose solutions
 * Set up, configure, and test computer equipment and peripherals.
 * Maintain detailed records of customer issues, tracking each case through to resolution.
 * Assist in software and hardware updates.
 * Perform PC Moves/Adds/Changes as needed.
