Experience with IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) is highly desirable., * 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with at least 3 years in an Architecture role. * Extensive experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations. * Strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities. * Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and enterprise integrations. * Strong understanding of CMDB architecture and ServiceNow data model. * Experience developing cross-platform solutions integrating ServiceNow with cloud, infrastructure, ERP, HR, or identity management platforms. * Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow development best practices. * Experience leading technical architecture workshops and providing platform governance. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., * Experience with IT Operations Management (ITOM) including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB optimization. * Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM). * Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. * Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and DevSecOps practices. * Experience in large enterprise or highly regulated environments. Certifications (Required) Candidates must possess a minimum of two active ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications. Preferred certifications include: * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) * Certified Application Developer (CAD) * CIS - IT Service Management (ITSM) * CIS - Discovery * CIS - Service Mapping * CIS - IT Operations Management (ITOM) * CIS - Hardware Asset Management (HAM) * CIS - Software Asset Management (SAM) Nice to Have * ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) * Experience with Platform Governance and Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives. * Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation programs.
