## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in iOS?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred

 * Current students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
 * Relevant work experience may be considered in place of a degree
 * Basic familiarity with Windows computers and Microsoft 365
 * Strong communication and customer service skills
 * Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
 * Dependable, organized, and willing to learn

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

 * Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
 * Familiarity with printers, mobile devices, or general computer troubleshooting
 * Experience with RealPage
 * CompTIA A+ or similar certifications, * Valid Driver's License required

## Description

We are looking for a dependable and motivated IT Support Assistant to help support the daily technology needs of our employees. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their IT career who enjoys technology, solving problems, and helping people.

The IT Support Assistant will work directly with the IT Director to provide Tier 1 technical support, prepare equipment for new employees, troubleshoot common technology issues, and assist with day-to-day IT operations.

We are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

 * Set up laptops, monitors, printers, and other equipment for employees
 * Configure and support company iPhones and mobile devices
 * Assist employees with computer, printer, and account-related issues
 * Create and manage user accounts in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
 * Troubleshoot basic hardware and software problems
 * Help maintain inventory of computers and IT equipment
 * Provide friendly and professional technical support to employees
 * Escalate advanced technical issues to the IT Director
