* Relevant IT certifications or educational degree qualifications.

## Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Technician to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of technology by supporting a state-of-the-art automated warehouse, managing critical IT infrastructure, and contributing to on-site project deployments. It's ideal for someone passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to play a key part in a fast-paced operational environment., * Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure components, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

 * Monitor network performance and address any issues promptly.
 * Provide support for industrial warehouse IT systems.
 * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to warehouse operations.
 * Manage, configure, and prepare warehouse industrial scanners and label printers for deployment and daily operations.
 * Ensure efficient labelling and tracking of inventory.
 * Assist end users with Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Docs.
 * Provide technical support for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
 * Willingness to learn and support various applications used within the organisation.
 * Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects.
 * Travel for IT installations and project deployments for new showrooms/warehouses.
 * Collaborate with senior IT staff and remote 3rd line IT support.
