Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in a related discipline. * Direct experience supporting a federal or financial-regulatory IT organization, ideally the FDIC CIOO or a comparable Chief Information / Innovation Office. * Experience developing and applying maturity models and conducting maturity assessments aligned to recognized standards. * Relevant certifications such as SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or innovation/management credentials (e.g., IMS / ISO 56002). * Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and their application to governance, prioritization, and forecasting. ## Description The Engagement Lead serves as the senior on-site leader and primary point of accountability for the Finance and Governance Section (FGS) and as the lead subject-matter expert for enterprise IT governance and strategic planning. This role operationalizes the CIOO's IT governance framework, aligns IT investments to organizational goals and measurable outcomes, and ensures the engagement delivers consistent, auditable, and sustainable results that the customer can independently maintain beyond the period of performance.
