## Description

* Serve as the senior technical owner for Windows Server environments and production operations.
 * Administer, troubleshoot, patch, harden, and maintain Windows Server infrastructure.
 * Support and manage cloud-hosted environments, including AWS-based solutions.
 * Operate and troubleshoot Kubernetes (EKS) clusters and containerized workloads.
 * Lead production incident response and perform root cause analysis for critical issues.
 * Design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure solutions.
 * Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
 * Build and support CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps automation.
 * Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance management solutions.
 * Create technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
 * Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across infrastructure and DevOps initiatives
