## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
 * 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience
 * Strong expertise in Flow Designer and/or ServiceNow Workflow Editor
 * Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
 * Experience with ServiceNow data model, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts
 * Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML)
 * Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow back-end functionality and operations, including working across multiple application scopes, and system table structure
 * Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
 * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
 * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced remote-work environment
 * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
