 * Interesse und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Application-Lifecycle-Management-Systemen (z. B. Azure DevOps, GitHub), CI/CD-Pipelines oder vergleichbaren Werkzeugen
 * Keine Scheu vor Technologie-Mix (z. B. C#, PowerShell, TypeScript, Cloud-Infrastruktur)
 * Freude daran, Spezialist:in zu sein und durch deine Arbeit den Alltag vieler Kolleg:innen spürbar zu erleichtern
 * Spaß am Aufbau technischer Gesamtsysteme sowie an Automatisierung, klaren Prozessen und stabilen Werkzeugketten
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (min. C1)

* Aufbau, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattformen, Tools und Prozesse rund um das Application Lifecycle Management
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen, wiederholbaren und automatisierten Softwareentwicklungsprozesses (CI/CD)
 * Automatisierung technischer Abläufe mit Fokus auf Zuverlässigkeit, Sicherheit und Skalierbarkeit
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Developer Experience
 * Analyse bestehender Prozesse und aktive Mitgestaltung moderner DevOps-, Plattform- und Infrastrukturkonzepte
 * Perspektivisch: Mitwirkung an neuen Themen wie AI/Ops und intelligenten Automatisierungslösungen
