## Description

The Systems Analyst/Programmer Application Specialist supports, maintains, and enhances Human Capital Management (HCM) applications with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll systems. This role analyzes business requirements, develops system solutions, performs application support and troubleshooting, creates SQL-based reports, maintains data integrity, and collaborates with business and IT teams to improve system performance and business processes.
Duties and Responsibilities

 * Support and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including Payroll and Core HR modules.
 * Analyze business and user requirements and develop system solutions.
 * Design, develop, implement, and support software applications.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve HCM application issues.
 * Perform application enhancements and system optimization.
 * Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports.
 * Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HCM and Payroll data.
 * Support production job streams and application processes.
 * Provide application design, programming, and technical support.
 * Deliver user training and recommend system improvements.
 * Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments on system enhancements.
 * Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing system operations.
