* Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik/IT oder vergleichbar
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem SAP-basierten (besonders S/4HANA) Produktionsumfeld und fundierte Kenntnisse in der SAP Cloud Technology (SAP BTP, Integration Suite)
 * Sie haben bereits Softwareprojekte als Projektleiter oder Teilprojektleiter geführt
 * Erfahrung im Partner- und Anforderungsmanagement sowie als Product Owner, Inhouse Consultant oder Solution Architect
 * Ein ITIL-Zertifikat oder ähnliche Nachweise
 * Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch
 * Eine eloquente Brückenbauer-Persönlichkeit, die strategisch denkt, pragmatisch handelt und auch in heißen Projektphasen besonnen und lösungsorientiert agiert

 * Mit viel Weitblick und Gestaltungsfreiheit entwickeln Sie unser SAP-Roadmap weiter und halten dabei die Balance zwischen Business-Nutzen, technischer Machbarkeit und internationaler Anschlussfähigkeit.
 * Im Dialog mit einem internationalen Stakeholderkreis steuern Sie Demand- und Priorisierungsprozesse, bringen unterschiedliche Perspektiven zusammen und machen aus Anforderungen klare, umsetzbare Schritte.
 * Unsere Business-Software-Landschaft trägt bald Ihre Handschrift, weil Sie neue Technologien bewerten und mit der SAP Integration Suite und der Business Technology Platform modernste KI-Agenten, Anwendungen, Daten und Workflows sicher und user-freundlich in Einklang bringen.
 * Externe SAP-Implementierungs- und Beratungspartner führen Sie souverän, partnerschaftlich und ergebnisorientiert - damit aus Konzepten wegweisende Lösungen entstehen, die uns nachhaltig voranbringen.
