## Description

In dieser Position gehören insbesondere zu Ihren Aufgaben:

 + Führung des International-Outreach-Büros in allen administrativen Belangen
 + Veranstaltungsmanagement mit organisatorischer Vorbereitung und Betreuung von Empfängen und Rahmenprogrammen sowie Koordination mit Gastronomie, internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern
 + Verwaltung und Betreuung von Kartenkontingenten in direktem Kontakt mit Frankfurt Ticket und Gästen
 + Aufbau und Pflege einer internationalen Community-Datenbank sowie Konzeption, Verfassen und Versand personalisierter englischsprachiger Kommunikation über CRM Systeme (z. B. Newsletter, Event-Einladungen)
 + Eigenständige Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Content für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), einschließlich Posts, Karussell-Beiträgen, Stories und Kurzvideos nach Redaktionsplan
